I filed a bug report for it earlier when I couldn't modify some of my designs, but it seems all combat vehicles cannot have more than 6 items added to the Body or Turret.
Vehicle construction is now extremely strict Fast Checkout. Anyone else experiencing this?

I found the issue for this and fixed it. I'll post an update, most likely later today, to correct the issue along with a couple others that have been encountered.
What do you mean by "extremely strict Fast Checkout"?
