Crossposting this here since I opened a ticket - it looks like the manufacturer tab in the 'Mech editor is reporting primitive engine ratings incorrectly.

Thanks for raising the bug. Luckily, it's just a UI issue related to just the manufacturers screen. But thanks for raising the bug, I'll definitely fix it.
