It was technically available 3SW, just not sure of how common it was...
Edit: Also Snub-nose PPCs?

Binary Laser is covered by its production date.
SNPPC will have to wait till better tech is available.

Ugg. The software is limiting my ability to customize mechs with equipment outside the units era. Will see what I can do, but this list may get updated/trim.
