It's a old rpg about car racing without weapons of any kind. Been trying to remember the name of it and so I'm asking here for some help.

A table top game? Mordel and I played Formula De at this years TotalCon...

I'll have to look for it and give it a try. Worst part about this is I can't even remember who I originally played the game with. So I can't ask them to tell me. 😁

After looking at the game and reading about the mechanics, I think that may be the one. They may have added or updated some things but it sounds right. I swear though we we playing with regular cars not formula 1.
So that does bring up a question. Can the cars be exchanged for road cars?

Yes, we had an assortment of Matchbox and Hot Wheels cars on the track...all the car stats are the same so what you use to represent your car is just aesthetics.
