This is true. Most people who do the actual work on BT love it and do a great job. Sadly, all it takes is one bad apple up the line of approval to ruin the whole thing for everyone.

They still have intermittent issues. I got the 504 yesterday for a short period, then was able to get in.

Yeah, was only a day or two, I think. Not sure who they use for a host, but they suck.
