A real good variant that gets a lot more firepower while loosing some range. But now you´ll have to have a close look on your heatscale. A mobile line mech that you´ll have to pay respect.

Yes, one of the best 3025 'Mechs. Firepower, armor, heat dissipation, maneuverability, all at least above average for it's size. To achieve perfection, I would want to have the SRM ammo in left torso (and probably the HS too), but that is only one spot on otherwise perfect piece of 'Mech engineering. (So perfect, that it's almost suspicious ;) )

This design is pretty much as perfect as it's going to get in 3025. Firepower, speed, armor and jumpjets. There's just nothing wrong with this thing.
Yeah, it could do with max armor and better heat dissipation to make it truly perfect, but you're just not going to get that with 3025 tech.
Yeah, you could stick the ML in the sidetorso, and yeah you could pad that SRM ammo a lot more, but that's minor stuff.
Hence the round 5. This is the Mech to beat in the Medium class as far as I'm concerned.

The only flaw I ever have with this mech is that it belongs to Marik rather than Kurita.
In a 3025 battle, you can count on 6Ms to battle with everything and have a fair chance of killing it. Exceptions are scouts who stay far enough away and Assault mechs who are fresh.
This mech has the ability to either run no heat, or to spike it to kill things if need be.
I think that the advantages are all there and its probably the most survivable mech in its weight class I've ever seen in 3025.
