No long range weapons, lighter armor and powerful, but limited medium range firepower. This 'Mech would be better as a modification of heavier Jagermech with additional armor devoted to ammo and armor it would be much better. Without armor it won't be easy to get it in range and get it out when the ammo is gone (and that will be soon), so it looks like an expendable 'Mech, but that would be an expensive joke. Interesting, but flawed.

I like the firepower of this one. Now it´s able to use its weapons.
The armor is still too low even with a 1 ton boost and it´s more ammo-dependant.

Never liked designs light on both armour and ammo. Someone could seriously screw this thing over if the pilot ever left the city.
Personally most mech units won't fight from cities because its an easy way to lose morale.
Civilian deaths usually aren't worth it in the long run. All that being said its a decent design if you can convince the opposition to close in enough to hit them.

A nice variant for the urban environment, still has the shaky thin armour of the Rifleman, however. Use at close quarters with caution, keep it behind a tough guy. Kinda think of it as a mini annihilator.

Good at close quarters fights, this mech would rock in a SOL arena if it could plant it's back against a wall where there were narrow approaches into it's front firing arc. Also most people forget that the Rifleman has Fliparms, so Woe to any unit foolish enough to try backshooting it. While it is a tad slow, and has slightly thin armor, AND low ammo, it is meant for exactly what it seems best suited for. Defense. Garisson is this RFL's forte, anyone who wants to mess with AC/10s is foolish in the extreme.
