Overview:
    An Omnimech variant of the Bushwacker, the Nomad shares much of the same electronics and
    armor shaping. However, rather than utilize Ferro Fibrous armor, the Nomad instead utilizes
    Endo-Steel internal construction.
    
    The D configuration was pioneered by a pilot in the 25th Arcturan Guards, one of the units
    to receive a slice of the first production run of the Nomad. Mounting 2 large lasers as its
    primary weapons, one on each arm, it also mounts a respectable array of missile weapons to
    accompany it. Two LRM5's on the left arm fed by a ton of ammunition provide long range
    indirect fire ability while a pair of Streak SRM 2's on the right give a close range punch.
    A medium laser in the central torso backs up the other weapons. Five jump jets provide 150
    meters of jump range, more than enough to allow for rapid flanking or repositioning. To
    handle the increased heat load, two additional double heat sinks are put in the side torso
    pods. The mech still can stretch the limits of its ability to manage this heat build up if
    all weapons are fired while it is jumping.
