Overview:
    Named for the destroyer angels of the Hebrew Bible, the Memitim was an ill-fated
    superheavy Celestial OmniMech constructed by the Word of Blake in a desperate attempt to
    create a wonderweapon with which to sow terror among the then-encroaching forces of Devlin
    Stone's Coalition. Development of this 130-ton behemoth likely began sometime around 3076,
    and the project would be conducted in secret within a covert Martinson Armaments facility on
    Luna, separate from the Terran-based assembly lines of the other Celestial-series OmniMechs.
    This decision seems to have likely been a mistake, however, as documentation recovered
    following the Sol system's liberation indicates that development was badly hindered by the
    need to ship equipment and tooling to the Luna facility from the main Celestial plant on
    Terra.
    
    Ultimately, only one Memitim OmniMech would be operational by the time Stone's
    Coalition reached Sol, although construction on a second unit had been nearing completion.
    The completed unit would engage forces of the Star Seeds mercenary company and Clan Jade
    Falcon's 7th Falcon Eyrie Cluster when the latter forces discovered and shortly thereafter
    attempted to secure the Memitim's production facility in 3078, but without proper
    support the massive machine was relatively easily outmaneuvered and destroyed.
    
    Between its lackluster performance in its sole combat sortie and the clandestine nature of
    its development process, the Memitim would fail to leave a lasting mark in the minds
    of both its Blakist allies and Coalition enemies, largely dooming it to forever languish in
    the annals of obscurity. Despite this, the Memitim still holds claim to one historic
    achievement: that of being the very first operational superheavy OmniMech, though its
    aforementioned obscurity prevents it from being widely recognized as such. Even so, rumors
    persist within certain circles that the Rhodes Project, responsible for the development of
    the later Ares superheavy design, was reliant upon recovered notes from the
    Memitim's designers to inform the Ares' own implementation of Omnitechnology.
    
    Technically speaking, the Memitim's design focuses on leaving as much mass as
    possible available as podspace, of which it has 54 tons. To achieve this while retaining an
    acceptable degree of armor protection and a 54 kph top speed, the Memitim utilizes an
    endo steel chassis, a 390 XXL engine, and 19.5 tons of ferro-fibrous armor. The base chassis
    also incorporates a fixed C3i computer, a Guardian ECM suite to help prevent jamming of the
    C3i, and a left arm-mounted retractable blade.
