Overview:
    Shadow Beast 01 prototype design was a development from the SWB-00 prototype by Anderson
    Technical. The SWB-00 entered storage after testing and remained there until a new
    technology acquired by Anderson Technical was considered for the program. The new Neural
    Interface controls system for battlemechs was installed and testing began again with
    volunteer pilot J.J Andy who elected to undergo the interface implant surgery. The testbed
    wasn't intended for combat, although, the two medium pulse lasers from it's previous
    configuration weren't removed. The firing of weapons at full speed proved more effective
    with the neural interface technology. The hatchet weapon also showed increased effectiveness
    in testing. Tonnage dedicated to the cooling systems were adjusted to allow for
    implementation of Jumpjets on the design.

Capabilities:
    The new neural interface technology was the key to adapting the design for single pilot use.
    The maneuverability and reaction time of the design drastically improved. Finding pilots
    willing to volunteer for the implant surgery proved initially difficult. All tests were
    successful despite difficulty configuring the neural interface. The commercial viability of
    the technology is still questionable given the now increased cost of from the previous
    design.

Deployment:
    No deployment strategy remains for the SWB-01 testbed. Although, it would likely preform
    well in it's theorize role as a front line juggernaut in small scale skirmishes. Even with
    it's lack of direct firepower.
