Overview:
    When Luthien Iron Works, premier 'mech designers for the Draconis Combine, heard of what
    their rivals in Defiance Industries managed to make with the refit to the Banshee chassis in
    the 3S, they knew that the ever glorious Dragon and its mustered soldiery would need a new
    'mech built to counter it. However, some designers instead thought to themselves "What if,
    instad of making a machine designed to beat it in  a one on one every time, we built a
    machine meant to out lead and coordinate with its lancemates to bring such beasts down."
    
    It was with these thoughts that the Kogasa TTR-4A was made.

Capabilities:
    With eighteen tons of armor on its ninety-five ton frame, the Kogasa is a behemoth of might
    similar to the monstrous Banshee it was meant to counter. Armed with twin Lord's Light
    Particle Projector Cannons, mounted under the machine's hand actuators, as its long ranged
    compliment, the machine can keep firing them in perpetuity thanks to its twenty six single
    heat sinks scattered throughout the body. Should its enemies get close, a frightening array
    of six medium lasers in the left torso allow it to utterly melt whatever foe it faces. All
    the while protecting its rear thanks to two more medium lasers in the central torso facing
    that way. This, however, was not the piece of equipment the designers wished to accentuate
    in their design proposal. No, what they wanted to bring attention to was the seven extra
    tons mounted in a pack like form in the right torso, able to allow the machine to coordinate
    with their allies, hack enemy sattelites for information, or even provide electronic
    countermeasures on the battlefields again such as sensor ghosts. If the Kogasa could not
    fight a 'mech in a duel, then as a team serving under the Dragon it could crush worlds.
