Overview:
    The "C" variant is exactly what most "C" variants are.
    A basic Clan upgrade to an Inner Sphere design.

Capabilities:
    Thanks to the weight saved using "Clan-magic" and advancements in armor composites, the
    protection of the Albatross was increased by nearly 39%!
    
    In addition to that impressive number, it's vulnerability was further decreased due to the
    smaller Clan XL engine and replacement of the base CASE system for the much rarer CASE IIs.
    
    Advanced targeting systems were added to both missile launchers, increasing their
    effectiveness while a Gauss Rifle replaced the LB's versatility for more ranged damage.
    Supplementing the weapon's intended role are twin ER Large Lasers.
    
    Close combat was not neglected, despite the loss of the large pulse as both mediums were
    upgraded to pulses.
    
    These weapon changes coupled with the addition of two more double heat sinks has allowed for
    easier bracketed firing.

Deployment:
    As these are not official, simply being custom refits, there are only 2 existing models of
    this variant. Both exist as company command mechs for, "the Symphony" mercenary unit.
