Overview:
    Second in the line of Mech's designed by Key Engineering for the Malakavian Confederacy, the
    "Willy P." was designed to provide indirect fire support for the Grunt. This time though the
    idea was to stack as much firepower as possible into the mech with a focus on long range
    indirect fire. The idea was to use the Willy P's long-ranged fire to soften up enemy mech's
    before the Grunt's committed to a charge.

Capabilities:
    The Willy P. started as a jumbled set of demands and wants from the requisition boards,
    generals, and experienced pilots. Key Engineering decided once again to go with a 50-ton
    mech as it was the same size as the Grunt and would fit easily into the lances beside them.
    This mech however was not designed to be on the cheaper side of the cost spectrum and weighs
    in at an almost painful, Nine million C-bills. Almost twice the cost of the Grunt. This
    price tag was finally agreed on due to the heavy level of ordinance the mech could sling for
    its weight class. A large portion of that cost came from the Willy P's state-of-the-art
    250XL fusion engine; which drastically cut down on the engine's weight to allow for the
    original pair of LRM-10's in its shoulders to be upgraded to LRM-15s. Each launcher comes
    with two tons of ammo stored in the right torso  a C.A.S.E
