This is a headhunter/city terror mech.
The pulse/TC combinations lets this PXH hit what it shoots at even if coming down from a full jump. It will even do that without any heat (if you don't fire the ER smalls).
Good armor and lots of jump compensate the vulnerability due to the XL.
As the small ER lasers are somewhat superfluous here just drop one for more armor or both for a medium ER laser. |

I've always though you paid too high a price for this Phoenix Hawk variant.
For an XL you need to get more than just a good inclose fighter with a targeting computer. It would have been nice to see a ranged weapon. an ER Large or something. Just so as you closed you could pretend you were in the fight.
Although the pulses make up for the loss of the machine gun, this makes the twin ER small superfluous. Would have been better as a single ER Medium for better bracket purposes. |

Clipping all of the long range weapons off of this design leaves it vulnerable in open country. In close country it would be nice though. |

Not bad. Ive seen some pretty good versions of the ol PHX, but this one has some potential. The TC means that the lasers are going to be that much more effective. Theyre going to build up alot of heat, though, so be careful. The armor, speed, and jump capability make this thing a perfect city fighter. |
