Overview:
    Part of a series of attempts to make Heat-Dissipating Armor the most useful it can be. At
    the time, Laser Reflective still had heat-mitigation from weapons. My conclusion was that
    the best use was on a bruiser that was short on crits.

Capabilities:
    Active Probe can help see through smoke, so throw smoke if possible, or just burn things.
    Combined arms and vehicle effectiveness is similar to anti-mech, so go nuts and try to kill
    anything you see.

Deployment:
    As range is quite limited, it works best in dense terrain or with significant cover. It
    ignores external heat from any source, so it has a special niche on hot worlds.
