Overview:
    The third generation of Ravensbourne Specialist Engineering's Jenner, now sold under the
    Promethean Armouries label. A linear upgrade from the predecessor with more mobility and
    firepower. The sharp increase in price caused much of the usual customer base to balk. The
    -F4 was considered a failure but it's architecture went on to be used in later PA Jenner
    variants nonetheless.

Capabilities:
    The -F4 offered more mobility and firepower over the -F3, but with the increased fragility
    of an XL engine and a nearly doubled price tag. Gone was the heat neutrality of the -F3 but
    a pilot could still jump the full range and fire a few lasers without soaking heat. The
    medium lasers were upgraded to pulse, their short range mitigated by the -F4's mobility,
    while the pulse accuracy helped to counteract accuracy loss from the -F4's frenetic
    movement.

Variants:
    At time of release critics debated whether the -F4's performance was worthy of the price
    tag. The performance was there, it was faster, hit harder and hit more often, but the price
    increase seemed excessive. The -F3 was still in production alongside the -F4 because orders
    kept coming for the dramatically cheaper variant. The -F4's sales performance was mediocre,
    akin to a PA Resurrection project, and those kind of numbers were inadequate in the context
    of the level of investment put into the -F4's production line.
    
    One prototype leaked to the public that was worked on shortly after customer backlash to the
    -F4 became apparent was dubbed the -F4x by aficionados. The team of engineers who created it
    achieved a 10% price reduction by switching to a slightly smaller engine and exchanging the
    four pulse lasers for a pair of large lasers. It never went into construction because it was
    deemed to be inadequately distinct from the -F3 in overall performance while still
    dramatically more expensive.
