Overview:
    This is my attempt to build the BSK-M3 of HBS BattleTech.
    
    In designing the mech, I found out the loadout noted in Sarna dot Net doesn't work. The
    internal spaces was at -8 before placement and the ACs won't fit in the arms. Thus, the
    below is an attempt to fix the build.
    
    This is the variant - thus the "MP" in the model name - that's for "Mass Production" and
    tries to stick as much as possible within what's available in the Frontier.
    
    The size of the chassis alone is an issue, but given in HBS BattleTech it DOES get made, I
    assume some factory somewhere CAN make it, maybe just not Majesty Metals.
    
    This, though, removes the SLDF tech: the Endo Steel was impossible to begin with (you'll run
    out of critical spaces) and no one has the tech to make XL engines.
    
    It's still a stretch lore-wise for something like the M3 to be made anyway, but in my own
    BTech Universe, I'll just rule this is possible.

Capabilities:
    The "Mass Production' or MP Bull Shark removes the Class-2 Autocannons and a bit of armor to
    compensate for the switch to more the more readily available Standard 280 Fusion engine.
    
    What came out is still quite the deadly customer. While it lost the extreme range "plinking"
    power of the AC/2s, the Bull Shark MP gained a more savage bite at mid- to close range with
    twin SR4 racks. Now the quad Medium Lasers have 8 missiles to help exploit holes in an
    enemy's armor made by the twin AC/10s and LR5s.
    
    The armor is a relatively beefy 15 tons, offering a still-adequate amount of protection for
    its role, although the arms can take less of a beating.
    
    14 single heat sinks try mightily to shed the heat produced by the M3-MP's loadout, but the
    doctrine is to switch between the long, medium, and short fire groups, not to Alpha unless
    at dire necessity.
    
    The real pull of the Bull Shark MP is the cost. Shorn of its SLDF equipment, the MP is less
    than half of the (Corrected) M3, but can still present a dangerous enemy to anything it
    comes across.
