Overview:
    This is my attempt to build the BSK-M3 of HBS BattleTech.
    
    In designing the mech, I found out the loadout noted in Sarna dot Net doesn't work. The
    internal spaces was at -8 before placement and the ACs won't fit in the arms. Thus, the
    below is an attempt to fix the build.
    
    Note that I'm making this the "expensive" build as it's the near-pseudo-canonical version
    that Sarna says kept the XL and Endo Steel. We know that's crazy from a production
    standpoint because either is already rare in the Inner Sphere, how much more the Periphery.
    
    I'll design a "mass production" variant after I fix this one

Capabilities:
    Given the problems encountered with the build if we followed the details on Sarna - namely,
    lack of critical spaces for the Sarna build, and then extra tonnage with nowhere to go with
    the initial fix - what we could come up are the following:
    
    - Twin AC/2s instead of AC/5s, with a ton of ammo each
    - No Endo Steel
    
    It's still a pretty potent BattleMech. Just 0.5 tons shy of max armor. And now it can reach
    out to Extreme range with those two AC/2s. At least a ton of ammo for each expendable-using
    weapon. 13 Single Heat Sinks.

Variants:
    Given the realities of where the M3 was most likely first made, that being the Frontier,
    it's really unrealistic for it to have advanced SL tech. This version is the... "elite"
    variant, for those who manage to find, say, that XL engine. Like "Darius Oliveira's
    Mercenary Company."
    
    The "Lore Compliant" version I'll make will remove the XL engine in favor of a standard one.
    Let's see what space is left for weapons and armor then. It has a lot of leeway in shedding
    anyway.
