Overview:
    Designer: Maneuver while firing MLx4.  When you get close, fire SL + MG in rapid succession.
    If necessary, fire at full power (70 points if all hits).  The question is whether you have
    time to use it.

Capabilities:
    GM: Actually, this unit doesn't generate as much heat as it looks.  (Even if you walk and
    fire all your weapons, it only heats up to 10 points.)  The point is that it has four MLs,
    so it can be used from a distance.

Deployment:
    It's a terrible cheese weapon.  It's not acceptable in polite society. It's also only just
    fast enough to pull it off in the 3020s, and will get melted to slag in later eras - with
    prejudice.  Neutral with MLs+run, alpha is a +8
    剣山改 - "Kenzan" (lit: "sword mountain") is also known as a "pin frog" and is used for
    flower arrangement. "Kai" means modified/updated/custom/etc.
