Overview:
    Designer: Phoenix Hawk's heavy firepower, low mobility type.  While firing PPC, charge
    towards the Phoenix Hawk or Enforcer and fire close-range weapons at full power.  Stay away
    from the Thunderbolt.  Sondra is a "stone by the road" so she's not that scary (lol).

Capabilities:
    GM: I want to balance the heat sink and the armament.  Its long-range weapon is a PPC, so
    its low accuracy when attacking at full power in close combat is a drawback.

Deployment:
    Heavy Phoenix Hawk, not Shadow.  It kind of gives up the PHawk's light-hunter role by
    droping an engine size, even if the guns are heavier.  It also lacks the heat control to
    take to the air - jumping with its primary gains heat, jumping with secondaries gains heat,
    and even if you don't jump you can't pair the PPC with anything.
    "Stone by the Roadside" (Robo no Ichi/????) may be a reference to a '30s film of the same
    name.  Seems to imply something cast aside without a thought.
