Overview:
    Designer: Always move at full speed to reduce the enemy's hit rate.  Since there is no fatal
    flaw, you can engage in close combat even if the armor is thin.  However, be careful of
    AC20.  If you have a chance, use full speed ML x 10 = 50 damage.

Capabilities:
    GM: Well, ML x 10 = 50 damage.  That's all there is to it (lol).  I sometimes see mechs
    without arm armor, but it's rare to see a mech without armor on either side of its torso.

Deployment:
    Oh no.  Oh.  No.  OHHHH NOOOOO WHAT IS THIS
    This is a Nova.  Like, a Black Hawk.  Same speed, same weight, but two less lasers and
    centuries of tech behind.  It's obviously making some HORRIFIC sacrifices in order to manage
    this - and as such is beyond comparison.  No sane designer armors their machine in
    heatsinks.
