Overview:
    Designer: While other aircraft are fighting on the main battlefield, approach and fire the
    PPC.  Once you get close, fire the SRM and ML while being careful on the heat.

Capabilities:
    GM: It seems like the long-range attack power is lacking for a machine with an MP3 when
    walking, but it's a well-balanced machine.

Deployment:
    Terribly slow.  Industrialmech slow.  We're talking medium mech from the Age of War slow.
    Anything shy of an Annihilator can kite this thing at a range where it only has an
    over-sinked PPC.  SRMs and MLs give it a punch, and it's sinked for that loadout, but can't
    close fast enough to employ it.
    Magazine isn't counting heatsinks properly - at this speed, only 6 sinks fit in the engine,
    so there's an additional 4 to allocate.
    That "torso mounted" PPC irks me.  Totally needs to go to the arm in variants.
