A good medium line Mech with a standard engine and the proven Centurion weapon load-out with light upgrades. Cheap, reliable, no surprises (except for the added weight).

This is very tough and could be useful for actually supporting the main assault force.
Its tough and cheap which means most people wont be shedding tears over this one. The weapon loadout is still good and you can get plenty of mileage from this heavier Centy.
A good National Guard or a cheap filler mech.

Very nice. Good thick armor to start with, no XL engine, which is always a plus. It's a shame this depends on Endo Steel, otherwise you could upgrade old Centurions to these specs.

A nice compromise between the old-tech Cent and the newer versions. The LBX is a nice, solid weapon, and compliments and is complimented well by the LRMs. The medium lasers are run of the mill, nothing fancy there.
Armor coverage on this thing is about average for its weight, meaning that you should avoid heavy-heavy mecfhs and assault mechs where ever possible.
The speed on this thing is where it really suffers. This mod aint a drag racer by any stretch, but bumping up the engine a might would go a long way to improve the usefulness and survivability on this thing. Maybe going for an XL engine that still masses 10 tons would work, or a light engine....
In all, not a bad mech for a National Guard unit, though I would prefer to have something a little more 'buff' for front line combat units.

A really nice enforcer, adds great punch to any light lance. Was my favorite mech in the MC game, always used them in my forward scout lances in a variant not too disimilar to this one. It works well as a urban mech too.
