Overview:
    The Hunchback -4HM is a little seen sub-variation of the -4H intended to give the trooper
    version of the Hunchback improved anti-infantry capability by replacing the medium lasers
    mounted co-axially with the AC/10 with a pair of machine guns. The exact models vary as
    these are not official models, but the timeless Sperry-Browning is the most popular. A full
    ton of ammunition carried for them.
    
    While Hunchback pilots are not often known for their flexibility, this configuration has
    been seen with mercenary pilots including those in the employ of units such as the Eridani
    Light Horse and Waco Rangers where the improved anti-infantry capability has been not
    unwelcome. Critics of the concept argue that the Hunchback is better suited for other roles
    and dealing with infantry is better suited for lighter mechs.

Variants:
    The discovery of the Helm memory core would lead to many of these machines being modified to
    carry only half a ton of MG ammo while adding CASE to the left torso.
    
    A less commonly seen option replaces one of the MGs and half the ammunition with a flamer.
