Overview:
    A refit of an ancient 1A1 charger mean to show examples of mixing of IS and clan tech to the
    Hell's Horses. While some may consider the use of hatchet as a sign of an inferior
    mechwarrior, their experience in the Jihad with the Jinggau had showed that IS tech and
    designs are not as primitive and useless as believed.
    
    Coupled with the nasty close range fighting they experienced on Hsien, the Horses are at
    least willing to try out a small number of these in non clan engagements.
    
    This is the third prototype that leans into the usage of Medium Pulse Lasers to activate and
    maintain the heat needed for the TSM system, it retains one of the ERPPCs as a long range
    option.

Capabilities:
    A dedicated elemental hunting version that is also able to deliver devastating damage to
    hardened mechs and vehicles.
    
    By firing a selection of pulse lasers and the ERPPC while on the run, this variant is
    expected to be able to generate enough heat to trigger and maintain the TSM system in its
    optimal state. The ERPPC is its sole remaining long range weaponry, but the enhanced range
    of the MPLs coupled with the targeting computer should mean that it is at least able to
    deliver a stronger mid range punch at the cost of close range damage.
    
    But that extra range and accuracy is deemed to be critical in an elemental hunter role,
    which was deemed to be expensive but a worthwhile variant. A bloodhound active probe also
    ensures that any hidden units, including Battle Armor with stealth systems, are not missed.
    This incidentally returned the charger back to its original design designation of a scout
    mech.
    
    In order to fit the required number of pulse lasers, Ferro-Fibrous Armor was required to
    maintain armor coverage that was deemed crucial to making sure the mech survives the
    approach towards the enemy. The XL gyro was also removed to allow this upgrade.
    
    The rest of the mech was the same as the initial prototype, the ECM and coolant pod are kept
    and were found to be worth the inclusion.
