Overview:
    A refit of an ancient 1A1 charger mean to show examples of mixing of IS and clan tech to the
    Hell's Horses. While some may consider the use of hatchet as a sign of an inferior
    mechwarrior, their experience in the Jihad with the Jinggau had showed that IS tech and
    designs are not as primitive and useless as believed.
    
    Coupled with the nasty close range fighting they experienced on Hsien, the Horses are at
    least willing to try out a small number of these in non clan engagements.
    
    This is the second prototype, as the initial prototype had a distinct lack of long ranged
    weaponry, this updates the design to take advantage of ERPPCs that have no minimum range and
    thus can be even fired in the middle of a melee with little to no issues to maintain the
    heat of the mech to maintain the activation of the TSM system.

Capabilities:
    Unlike the original, this mech gives up the ease of triggering the TSM system for two
    massive (and more commonly available) clan spec ERPPCs. This means that the unit is able to
    walk, not run, and fire its twin PPCs to instantly trigger its TSM system, then use a
    mixture of PPC and small and micro pulse lasers to maintain that elevated heat state.
    
    The evaluation team also loved that the "upgraded pop gun array" of SPLs from the original
    prototype were able to make the charger a credible threat to battle armor at long enough of
    distance, and its speed can ensure the mech can arrive at hot spots to make it a, albeit
    expensive, elemental hunter and ensured their inclusion beyond just as a way to maintain the
    activation of the TSM system at an optimal level.
    
    A dedicated elemental hunter version using Medium Pulse Lasers is being explored next.
    
    The rest of the mech was the same as the initial prototype, the ECM and coolant pod are kept
    and were found to be worth the inclusion.
