Overview:
    A refit of an ancient 1A1 charger mean to show examples of mixing of IS and clan tech to the
    Hell's Horses. While some may consider the use of hatchet as a sign of an inferior
    mechwarrior, their experience in the Jihad with the Jinggau had showed that IS tech and
    designs are not as primitive and useless as believed.
    
    Coupled with the nasty close range fighting they experienced on Hsien, the Horses are at
    least willing to try out a small number of these in non clan engagements.

Capabilities:
    Equipped with Both TSM and Super charger on top of the biggest possible clan extra light
    engine for an 80 ton assault mech ensures that this charger can deliver its devastating
    signature charge towards an enemy. Clad in as much armor as the frame tolerates, fifteen and
    a half ton of armor ensures that this mech survives the fight to constantly remain a threat.
    
    By firing the iHLL, ERMPL, ERML while on a run will instantly activate the TSM system.
    Assuming the supercharger holds out, this will put the mech within close enough range in
    most terrain bar complete open ground for the 10 SPLs and 2 uPLs to start doing work, where
    they will maintain that heat level for TSM as needed depending on if the mech was running or
    walking or is stationary after making an attack with the massive hatchet. The ECM is added
    not so much to hide the massive behemoth charging at the enemy, but a way to be able to
    disrupt sensors and unit cohesion when the charger inevitably makes it into the center of an
    enemy formation.
    
    In case the mech is faced with Inferno or other heat based weapons hoping to take advantage
    of the mech running hot from using the TSM, a coolant pods provides emergency cooling to
    ensure smooth operations, or as a method of last resort to bring all of the energy weapon in
    a massive alpha strike to completely remove an enemy in one surprise attack. The complete
    lack of ammo on the mech means that no ammunition explosion is expected even if the mech
    warrior was a bit too zealous with his ranged weapons as long as the coolant pod was used
    before that point.
