Capabilities:
    This thing has percision heat modulation, able to adapt to even enemy heat weaponry with
    perfect modulation between 0 and 29 heat.
    
    Its weaponry is clustered in its right side (hatchet side) so that it can fire unimpeded
    while having the shield in full block, mitigating about 60% of incoming missile clusters and
    dramatically reducing incoming fire.  Generally, it is wise to present your left side to the
    enemy so that they have to fire into your shield while you can torso twist to still use your
    weapons and melee.
    
    It is absurdly durable, with a reinforced structure, Ferro-Lamellor Armor, a shield, and the
    ability to get a TMM+3 by running 8 with its supercharger.  Its meant to weather turns it
    can't quite get into melee while still returning respectable fire.

Variants:
    ECM suite can be swapped out for Laser Anti-Missile or a C3 slave unit as needed.
