Overview:
    Etna Industries began designing the Packway as an LAM until their factory for key aerospace
    parts was destroyed, followed shortly by the technology becoming extinct galaxy wide.
    Trying to salvage some of the manufacturing lines of the original design, the blueprint was
    radically altered to instead become a "jump scout".  Repurposed pinions incorporated Partial
    Wing technology while salvaged flight controls gave it a surprising amount of air mobility.
    Its legs were reinforced and given triple strength myomers to allow for it to withstand the
    repeated landings.  The final product was a premium Light-class mech that saw decent initial
    popularity.
    
    These sales saw a hit due to various design flaws discovered.  Its use  of LAM gear meant
    that sourcing parts was both expensive and difficult, in addition to the machine being
    highly finicky to maintain.  Additionally, it was highly encouraged to use its large tallons
    to knock enemies over, but should it fall due to such a maneuver its lack of arms made it
    highly difficult to right the mech again.  These issues made the mech substantially more
    niche though some pilots adored it for its intended role.

Capabilities:
    The PKW-4Y relies on a combination of pulse technology and a targeting computer inorder to
    maintain a respectable level of accuracy after performing high-distance jumps.  While unable
    to focus this firepower, it can deal a surprising amount of damage despite being light
    weight.  It instead relies on devastating kicks to strip leg armor, able to seriously
    destabalize anything it makes contact with.  To supplement this is a system of six Flamers
    meant to help create smoke screens for following forces and heat the mechs TSM fibers for
    activation.

Variants:
    PKW-5H: Seeking to enhance its damage capabilities, it removes 4 flamers to instead equip 4
    Improved Heavy Small Lasers. BV2.0: 1,082.  Cost: 7,646,850.
    
    PKW-5I:  Due to catastrophic chain reactions occassionally happening due to the Improved
    Heavy Lasers more fragile lens, these were downgraded to the more rugged but less accurate
    heavy lasers.  BV2.0: 1,031.  Cost: 7,592,850.
    
    PKW-8T: While working on other partial wing mech designs, an experimental 45 ton version of
    the Packway was created.  While it still only had the originals 4 tons of armor and weapon
    systems, it was found that the additional weight substantially increased its kick and DFA
    damage.  Those already enamored with the original appreciated this extra power, though its
    exorbidant cost even compared to the already expensive base moden left this as a highly
    limited product.  BV2.0: 955.  Cost: 11,624,650
