Overview:
    A mobile HPG platform not meant to see direct combat, the Coordinator was originally
    developed for the Word of Blake for their "whiteout" tactics but was later adopted by the
    Republic of the Sphere as a mobile headquarters for an entire force.

Capabilities:
    Aside from the Ground-Mobile HPG itself, a Coordinator has a decent amount of command
    equipment, a defense turret, and an advanced ECM suite. Unfortunately any sensitive
    electronics contained therein are forced to shut down when using the HPG.
    
    It also is very lightly armored for its size due to it not being a direct combatant,
    requiring escort at all times if it hopes to survive a headhunting attack.
