Overview:
    After the horrifying marketing blunders of the "launch", of the Guillotine IIIC , much more
    care was taken with the IVC, In particular, making sure it had a market of people who wanted
    it "as is". In other words, they "listened" to the actual customers this time, instead of
    trying to tell them what they "should" want. Amazingly, and it worked. They made enough
    money to cover for the losses from the IIIC, practically. And they never again launched a
    mech into space, with live cameras watching, without first making certain that all of its
    jumpjets had been fully filled with fuel and reaction mass, and fully tested in space first,
    etc.

Capabilities:
    It jumps 300 m at once, able to avoid nearly all fire, and can fire all 5 ER Medium lasers
    and all the jumps jets simultaneously with only the merest of negligible heat issues.
    The ER large laser is obviously handy, with unmatched range, and the flamer puts the fear of
    god into any human being with a reason to live.
    The sight of this, thing, arching though the dark sky of night, searchlight ablaze, like a
    bug zapper, and the flamer, the flamer lashes out with exquisite vengeance, filling the
    guillotine searchlights  field of view with so much hell, punishing the guilty and the
    innocent alike, truly earning its name for any man who would stand in it's way. A fire
    breathing demon, too dark to see, to fast to fight, a true terror in the night. No one
    sleeps at night, when there is a new guillotine in their city.
    
    This guillotine promises unlimited range, unlimited lasers, unlimited fire, unlimited death.
    
    The ad campaign for this one was sublime, brilliant, with emphasis on the darkness, and the
    speed. When watched in order it eve made a small movie of sorts, where  It was so popular
    with men aged 12-24 they started selling Guillotine t shirts, some with the slogan, "the
    ultimate weapon, the ultimate mech, the ultimate guillotine." Most popular was the one which
    showed its shiny grey silhouette, with emphasis on thew wing, on a black background, just
    like it showed in then first commercial, for only 1/6 of second.
    The final commercial, the end of then movie, the one they made you wait for, it shows the
    mech standing, as dawn breaks, and you see the rays of the sun uncover every mech it has
    vanquished in every previous ad, light medium heavy and assault class, all dead. And the you
    see the new guillotine IVC, finally in clear light, not flying, just standing there, barely
    even scratched. The viewers finally get to see it. Gaunt, yet strong looking. Not as bulky
    as the 70 tonner, but nearly as tall, Something about it, reminding you of the pest parts of
    a phoenix hawk,  yet with a vicious avian aspect usually only seen in apex predators which
    have evolved over dozens of millions of years. All new capabilities, the weapons you already
    know how to use, and parts commonalty with one of the oldest mechs in the inner sphere.
    "You don't need any other new mechs, you need the new guillotine."
