Overview:
    One of the most feared 'Mechs of the First Succession War, the Judgement was used to
    devastating effect by the Draconis Combine to render vast swaths of land uninhabitable. It
    was thus targeted by the other Succesor States, leading to the design's extinction outside
    of ComStar maintaining a few for defending Terra.
    
    Its origins lie outside of that devastating conflict however, being intended for Star League
    use for garrisoning planets with much more mundane ammo. However, it was compatible with
    Davy Crockett warheads from the start for the worst case scenario, which inadvertently made
    it be employed as a 'Mech of mass destruction by anyone who could get their hands on one
    during the Inner Sphere's regression.
