Overview:
    THE GNN-3C is meant to control a C3 network, used when the 3E-DC variant is overkill for a
    certain role.
    
    The 3C variant was designed concurrently with the 3E and 3E-DC themselves, and thus would
    also see its first major action fighting the Word of Blake for both the Lyrans and the Feds.

Capabilities:
    The 3C is similar to the 3E-DC, but has no Command Console; instead, 2 pulse lasers are
    mounted - one in the head, and one rear-mounted in the torso. An additional Jump Jet is also
    mounted to make jump capability less vestigial. The LRM-5 is also upgraded to be a LRM-10
    with the same amount of ammunition, and is moved to the left shoulder; this necessitated
    reducing the armor plating to only 8 tons.
