Overview:
    Originally an industrial mech that was designed to aid in mountainous construction projects,
    the Rebel is a redesign designed to make this relatively agile industrial mech something
    capable of delivering a quick coup de grâce to more serious military assets, before they
    can bring their firepower to focus upon the lumbering industrial mech.

Capabilities:
    The second generation Rebel is an entirely different machine from it's lumbering forefather;
    sporting the same chassis with upgrades that allow it to accommodate a larger fusion engine
    and more weapon systems on the whole.
    
    It's low profile; converted triple strength Myomer, and high speeds have allowed the Rebel
    to lean into its intended role as a skirmisher. Operating in packs of four; these fast and
    hard hitting mechs attempt to sweep the flanks of their enemies.
