This is an excellent ambush and city fighter but has to choose its prey carefully cause of the rather light armor. Never charge an enemy over a plain area without some woods and/or buildings for cover. |

One of the more fun Brawlers to play in the game. Open huge holes with the AC then exploit them with the SRM's and Med Lasers. I would pesonally take out a med Laser and maybe a Heatsink for some more armor but it is what it is. I don't like playing this in a place where it can't get close without being torn apart first. Other than that it is very fun and quite capable of killing things incredibly fast. |

I would take this as a 'standard' variant for this chassis. Heavy short range firepower and something that may be called sufficient armor (11.5 tons may be enough for a Marauder, which is a sniper, but for an 80 ton brawler like the Victor it isn't that stellar). The ''Mech should be moving and hiding as much as it can to prolong it's stay on the field. Thick rear armor is a welcome bonus for this 'Mech, because it allows it to jump behind a foe without a need to worry that first hit is getting through. |

In duels, which this seems to be all the time, it does very well. In lance or scenario, dies quickly. Mobility is good, which is the absolute key for using the Mech correctly. The weak armor and no range are serious drawbacks. You must be patient and use every bit of terrain.
GM- I probably use this assault to much. Players know its thin armor and target it. But that allows me sometimes to dictate other things on the battlefield. The fact it blows up a lot makes it a hollow victory. |

This mech is excellent for closing with and killing anything you want dead. It does need cover but thats ok thats all the help it needs. Heat is good the only real problem is the reliance on ammo which can severely cripple this mech.
Still on a campaign you can if necessary strip the AC20 for a PPC or a Pair of large lasers |
