Overview:
    The GHR-8D from Jalastar Aerospace would present a potential customer with a mech molded on
    the principles of the Gendarme series. This combination of glazed armor paired with a
    reinforced structure would be tied into a energy forward product.

Capabilities:
    The GHR-8D would mount a 280 XL engine and 4 jump jets maintaining the standard speed of the
    Battlemech. Much like the CN12-D and the GE-1D/1V designs the mech would utilize a
    reinforced structure. Its armament would consist of a center torso mounted clan ER large
    laser and four medium re-lasers split between the side torso's and arms. A Clan-Streak LRM 5
    would find its way into the head, it's one ton of CASE II protected ammo would be located
    into the right torso. 16 double heat sinks would be installed for cooling, and a full 14
    tons (217 pips) of laser reflective armor would be provided for protection.
