Scrappy little bugger. Ill give the Ice Hellions one thing, when they want to build a light, fast mech, they dont screw around.
The armor seems to be amazingly thin, but bear in mind that when a mech makes a LCT look slow, its going to be tough to hit.
The weapons are about right for the mech, both in use, and design. This is a scout\harasser, and as such, doesnt need big weapons.
Using a couple of these as anti-infantry or anti-vehicle attackers wouldnt be a complete waste. In-and-out, bash-'n-dash style attacks are best suited to this design.

Little powerhouse brawler that benefits from decent weaponry, great speed and substancial armor. Unfortunately, a quad is easy to outflank at point blank range unless it has Jumpjets, hence not a score of 4 or higher.
As you're not always going to win init, it's tricky to use this one sometimes. Just always move with a fallback position in mind so you can withdraw when needed.
In packs, you can inflict some substancial damage with these things. They're sturdy enough (for a light) that you can take a chance or two with deploying them, so using them as headhunters can work, provided there's enough of them.

Probably my second favourite clan 2nd line light mech. It sports solid armour, a nice weapons layout. Although I've never made a masc roll in my career so I'm not sure its a safe item.
Its a solid dependable light which can bogey if you need it to. It seems a little light on weapons which is rare for a clan mech but it also doesn't sport the XL engine so its a worthwhile trade off.
