Locusts are built for speed but this crazy thing tops them all.

Plus full armor and heavy firepower.
Even light mechs must care not to get one of these behind their back.

But why don´t give it DHS?

With walking speed faster than some lights running speed, there is almost no hope in catching one of these.

This is extremely evil design, 17 damage potential is respectable for its speed. If possible i would swap all the HS for DHS and all er smalls for ER meds. This way it can stay abit further at arm's length.

My only criticism is that for a 'mech so clearly optimized for long-range scouting there is no electronics system. Other than that this can outpace most clan scouts; a Dasher can try to catch one of these, but is likely to burn out its MASC trying.

Really good speed allows for full use of the light weapons.

OMG!!! I love this little bugger. I would have given this mech a 5 if it had replaced the smalls with additional mediums.
