This mech has very good armor. But thats the only good thing to say about it.
The firepower isn´t impressiv for an assault, it has too little ammo for its LRM´s (after 8 turns you´re left with a single large laser) and you need to get 2 engine hits ever to make some heat.
Better drop 8 heatsink to upgrade the LRM-15 to LRM-20 and double the ammo. |

Whoever is responsible for this needs to be drug out and shot. It's not a bad idea, but it is so poorly executed. The design mounts far too many heatsinks, thus strangling the amount of tonnage it could be using for more ammunition and missile launchers.
A better version would be... 3 LRM 15s, with 5 tons of ammo, 2 MLAS, 1 SLAS, and 21 HS. Then you get a missile Awesome with decent ability. I'd still prefer the standard Awesome, but at least that one would have more use. This one is just...poorly executed. |

A great 'Mech! All you need is the Stalker or Marauder with 3 PPC and then you connect the heat dissipation of these and you have unbeatable barrage

Aehm, back to (game) reality. This is horrible machine with only one strong side, the armor, otherwise it combines sub-par mobility, weak weapons (just remember that this is an assault 'Mech), low ammo load and to crown it all it packs ten tons of heat sinks that it will never use... what should I think about this? Is it an armored stockpile for Marik 'Mech maintenance? |

Close to ten wasted heat sinks on this machine really hampers it; it's so bad on it's own it doesn't really even suffer much in comparison with the 8Q. I'll give it half a point, just because it does have SOME firepower and maintains good armor. Not many other redeeming qualities to this design. |

Someone was sleeping when he approved this.
It makes absolutely no sense whatsoever, too many heat sinks for weapons that half the heavy mechs can match.
