Overview:
The Alinya Mercantile League needs weapons, and it needs them fast, cheap, effective, and in
large quantities. Such things are difficult, but needs must.
Capabilities:
A base speed of 43 km/h was necessary for an effective combatant in the modern battlefield.
The fuel cell engine gave the best ratio of cost to free space, while an unconventional
wheeled chassis also lead to significant savings. The maximum amount of inner sphere heavy
ferro-fibrous keeps the vehicle on the battlefield, while an LB-10X and RAC/5 provide
offensive armament. While both weapons are reasonably flexible, able to engage infantry as
well as hard targets, the vehicle is ammo dependent and easily countered by anti-ballistic
armors. A light active probe defends against infantry ambush and an ECM suite provides ghost
targets to decrease incoming damage.
