A 'Mech which proves that not all XL engines were misplaced in 3050 TRO. Twin ER large and pulse medium lasers are pretty heavy armament for a 45t 'Mech and with 6/9/6 mobility it's almost a dream, even if the double heat sinks can't handle all the heat (PXH pilots are probably used to that anyway). The armor could be better, but the AMS can partially offset this and mobility must take care of the rest. This is one of the 'Mechs that I believe are able to fight clan foe in a duel with some chance for success, just keep an eye on heat scale and don't stand in one place for too long. |

I don´t like this upgrade much!
The doubled main weapon takes away the PXH-feeling here.
The AMS has a lot of ammo and so is useful here but also dangerous if the heat isn´t under tight control. I would have taken an additional DHS and some armor instead.

I don't usually like XL 'mechs.
This is an exception. I would switch one of the ER lasers to a standard for heat reasons so you could ride the jets more, but that's pretty minor. |

Run and gun, Jump and Gun, just remember once in awhile to not fire both ER Larges to cool down and you'll survive a long, long time.
My only knock against it is relatively thin armour with an XL engine but as its mostly a scout hunter that doesn't come into play often.
This mech still owns the skies but that real estate gotten a little more pricy by 3050. |

Now this is a PHX I respect. Well upgraded and easily used properly. I always dread facing this mech with most things in a similar weight class, it has a LOT of punch. |
