This is a very dangerous light.
Not as a scout (as some like to see any light mech) but as a hunter/striker/even linemech against some mediums.
The lack of JJ´s makes it a bit less useful in cities and dense forests and it has to watch its heat (a real bracket-fighter) but even if a light gets behind it the Wolfhound can count on the rearfiring laser and some strong armor for its size. |

This 'Mech proves that House Stainer doesn't know how to make a light. It's still on top of it's weight class and looks like a medium in all but weight. Enough was said about this 'Mech, look at the rating. |

Serious trouble if you're in a light 'mech. Even medium pilots had best watch their backs when fighting a Wolfhound. The firepower is the best in it's class, and the armor matches the best in the class.
This is a 'mech which could make a serious contribution to a heavy lance as a flanker/ cavalry unit. The lack of anti-infantry weapons keeps me from endorsing this design as a scout, but as cavalry this 'mech will serve you very well. |

One of the few mechs that scare me when I'm piloting a Panther.
Its got a little shorter maximum range but the superior speed means it matches one for one with the PPC.
The quad of Mediums mean that your SRM-4 will be a little weak in reply.
The armour is very well done as well, matching the Panther point for point.
Personally I think this is superior in combat to my favourite mech in my force. |

A very popular ride for thos who like 3025, a Lance of these mixed with PHX's is a deadly unit indeed. If you play level 1 tech a lot, this is worth looking into. |
