The targeting computer, coupled with the solid weaponry and the fact that it is the first Gargoyle to pod-mount additional heat sinks, turns the ‘Mech into a fiercely accurate alpha-striker.
Published in a RS volume which saw most of the other OmniMechs receive ATM variants, this could possibly be an update on a further variant that could have been deployed during the initial invasion. A scary thought.
I'm giving this .5 more than I would've otherwise - IMO, this is slightly inferior to the "A". While it does mount pulsers and a tarcomp, and can fire everything without breaking sweat, the total damage falls well short of "munch". And yet, I'm not going to penalise a perfectly good configuration just because the base chassis is somewhat suboptimal.

Yet another average inspid, laser alpha boat. This chassis has always brought to mind the Charger of the clans, its flawed and sort of useful. But not really. Pairs up sort of well with a Timber Wolf.
For what its worth its a deadly machine. I just don't see a lot of things that wouldn't be able to match it in the assault class. The Targetting computer is about the only interesting/different item on it compared to so many other mechs. |

Looks good, but you can still do this on a might lighter chassis. This chassis is just flawed from the start. |

Very impressive. You gotta love the sheer firepower that this mech can bring into play, The ER lasers are good for sniping, and the medium pulse lasers will shred anything smaller than about 50 tons. Im not wild about the small laser, but Im not sure that theres anything that will fill in. |
