this version of the cauldron born is an excellent close range/city fighter. the tc makes the pls lzr and ac more accurate and offsets the hvy lzr modifier. that said this thing will run hot but with just a few salvos there wont be much left of just about anything that gets in its way

Ok don't try to stand in front of this thing. You will get flattened. The Heavies benefit immensly from the TC and the medium pulse will just hit more.

But the winner is that extra accurate UAC-20. Just 1 shell is enough to send people packin, 2 shots will usually make them lose a side torso. No one wants that.

It's none too friendly on your heat guage, but it won't be very friendly on your opponent's armor chart either. I think I can take that trade-off.

Good GAWD!! Getting close to this mech will be the last mistake youre ever going to make. The heavy lasers by themselves dish out alot of abuse, and are backed up with a TC, so this mech can either have improved targeting, or can pick one part of the target and make surgical attacks on it.
Then you bring the UAC into play, which can give assault mechs reason to run away.
This thing is a close-in Stick of Gawddamn Beatings. Hide a star of these on the field before you get going, then wait for some dumb bastard to wander too close.
