A fast recon-mech with acceptable armor and firepower.
The flamer is useful against infantry, buildings and trees.

The statistics for HER-1S show that both Endo Steel internal structure and Ferro-Fibrous armor are used to achieve this amount of protection. this makes it a little difficult to maintain, but in comparison to other scout mechs of the time it's quite dangerous and durable. |

This mech cries out that Stiener has a scout mech that can play in 3025 other than Locusts.
Course the fact it's going to have a Stinger, a Commando, and a Locust for Lance mates means its screwed either way.
This mech is tough enough I'd send it out on just about any scouting misssion and assume its going to come back with only armour damage.
Take advantage of other scout lances and steal their lunch money with this mech. |

This mech fits in well with a scout lance. Its got enough speed to get backshots in on a medium/heavy. |
