The Uller is an absolute dud. Not enough speed, token armour that means any 15+ damage weapon will exactly amputate any limb or side torso and pod space that is overambitious mean that this will always have highest kill-priority. Yet the S configuration is somewhat better than all the rest: The first non-3050 configuration to appear, this made its debut before the end of the Clan Invasion as a rapid response to urban warfare which became increasingly necessary against IS opponents. And it really is a good configuration on several accounts: the pulse lasers offset its undeniable need to jump as much as possible, the MGs, SRMs and SPL equip it well to face non-‘Mech enemies. If I can hazard a guess, I would suspect that many opponents would not react quite as fearfully to this configuration as to configuration E, meaning that its life-span would also be somewhat greater. This is a highly recommended configuration to any unlucky Kit Fox pilots. |

Scrappy little bastard.
While the speed and armor on this mech is nothing to really write home about, the weapons shows that the clans have learned from their fights with the IS.
THe pulse lasers and Streaks make this a perfect light mech killer, or head hunter. The MGs, while of limited use against mechs and other armored tagrgets, they are of most use against unarmored infantry. Used in city terrain, this light mech will give just about anyone headaches or even nightmares. |

One of the best Ullers out there. Combines lethal in close combat with the Large Pulse for range and some infantry killing potential. Adds the sorely needed jump jets as well.
Perfect for campaign. Well, except you'll need to stop and rearmour every so often. Which isn't such a bad thing. Gets your pilot some rest in the longer campaigns. |

Solid variant; this would make a nice scout 'mech, and would do well on campaign as well as it is not too dependent on ammunition. The presence of jump jets fixes an age-old flaw with this class. |

This mech is slow though the jump helps, and the armour is thin. The weapon load out is deffinatly for urban combat and this mech would be good at that.Though it would be poor in open country |
