This is another variation on the Primary configuration, exchanging the ballistic for anti-infantry weaponry and a complete electronic package. This certainly made sense at the time of its introduction, when normal infantry was still common even in Clan space.
However, times have changed since then. The Clans mostly use Battle Armour, and Inner Sphere infantry generally hides in buildings – the Kit Fox C however lacks jump jets, severely reducing its utility in urban environments. And while MG, SPL and A-Pods do excel at killing PBI, 5 tons of AMS equipment is extremely foolhardy in view of recent changes under Total Warfare rules. |

Mean loadout against infantry, bad versus anyone bigger than a light. The electronics package is quite nice but I am not so sure about all those AMS. There is plenty of ammo to swat the missiles away but there is probably a reason.
This thing carries a TAG, no one wants get Arrow IVs raining down on them so this Uller will attract a lot of ammo. |

I guess that when you need a 'Mech to smuggle an Arrow IV to the nest of Archers this is your 'Mech. It can handle infantry with ease (under new rules 2 MG and SPL may look like an overkill) and most lights don't like 10 points of damage from the large laser, but if something heavier moves around the Kit Fox C must be very careful, because it can't run and it's armor is far from heavy. This configuration suffers from the lack of specialization of basic Kit Fox chassis. |

One of the least impressive pod setups I've seen.
As far as I can tell this variant is only useful against IS infantry in cities. Other than that its not really a good pick to field unless you really need electronics. |

The Kit Foxes are nice little assault light mechs. The sniping and infantry fighting ability of this mech can't be ignored. It has excellent defensive capabilities which allow it to use the TAG to its full potential. |
