Comment:
The weapons are ok for a support mech but despite carrying an ER large laser it is still oversinked. Two fixed DHS´s less would have been better to replace the laser by an ER-PPC or Artemis for the launcher plus ammo, CASE or a medium laser.

A semi-decent barrage mech but it can be done better.
Shrink the LRM20 for an Artemis LRM-15. Keep that ammo and maybe swap that ER Large with an ERPPC ?

A fair barrage mech, but not much to back it up with. Drop the LRMs down to 15s, keep the ton of ammo, and put in another secondary weapon.

NEG: free critical slots in Head & Center Torso, XL-Engine
POS: Omni, Jumpjets, side torso locations filled with Heat Sinks to protect XL-Engine, 14 Double Heat Sinks for max. 23 Combat Heat
This configuration can jump and alphastrike without building up Heat.
