Well, I do love the Huntsman, but this is its worst configuration. The ammunition simply isn't sufficient for the LRM's, and the Ultra AC/5 is too big (and also low on ammo) to justify its weight. Replacing it with an ER Large, more ammo, and another heat sink or two would give the same firepower, but much more staying power. |

Good Gawd. For a 50 ton firesupport mech, this thing isnt too bad.
An LRM 20 and 15, backed up by a UAC 5, is going to deal a pretty impressive whuppin for its weight. About the only improvement would be using Artemis to improve the LRMs accuracy.
The only flaw is the ammo for the ranged weapons. Sure, as long as the ammo holds, this will be a big thorn in someones side.
Once that ammo is gone, this mech is forced to move in close. Not a good prospect. If the ranged weapons cant kill your target, a Streak, couple of ER lasers, and a flamer probably isnt going to save your life.
A very nice addition to an LRM boat start, or as a quick fire support mech for lighter stars. |

This 'mech is a strong long-range unit, until its ammo starts to run dry. Firing at full capacity, the ammo bins will run dry in ten rounds. Out last this, and all an enemy has to deal with is a few annoyance weapons. |
