WD had done a lot of work to upgrade this little Mech (putting in EndoSteel will require complete disassambling) but what have they done with that free ton? A MASC? Why? Install a 140 standard engine and you´ll get almost the same speed without any serious problems.
You can even go 8/12 by dropping the next to useless Small Lasers. |

If FLE-15 was bad, this is horrible. Despite the fact that the 'Mech devotes more than 25% of it's weight to weapons it's firepower is far from outstanding. Nothing was done to improve light armor and the 'Mech could have bigger engine which would be much more reliable. The ability to deal with infantry was almost nullified by droping the machine guns. For it's era it's a poor 'Mech suitable only as cannon fodder or for mass attacks that would allow it at least to get in range. Buy yourself a Locust... |

Too slow, not enough armor, and weapons have a maximum range of 6. Not a good combination. MASC is not a good substitute for real speed; this is barely a match for 3025 Locusts, much less the modern designs it will see in the field. If it jumped, it would be far more usefull, but as it is, it's little more than target practice for scount hunters.
It'll work against infantry and the like, but I wouldn't waste precious new tech on that chore. |

Not a brilliant design by any stretch of the imagination. What idiot decides to put rear facinf laser on something this weakly armoured. No decent mech pilot would dare turn their back riding in one of these best use the extra tonnage for armour. |

Keeping the medium lasers will be the way to go and using all those precious tonnage for armor.
Still dont understand the rear facing small lasers though, they should be flipped forward. |
